Bishop H.F. Edwards is the founder and Senior Pastor of Perfecting Church International, a multicultural community of believers that started out with as little as 18 poor people in 1995 and has grown to a magnitude of thousands. Bishop H.F. Edward is known for his practical biblical teaching, his visionary leadership, and his heart to impact the whole Gauteng province area. Bishop Edward's authenticity and his ability to communicate the truth of God’s Word in a humorous, dynamic, and revelatory manner helps people understand the Bible and how to apply its teachings to their everyday lives. He is passionate about people coming to know Christ, getting planted in God’s house, and becoming transformational leaders who work together to build a God-first culture throughout the Province and the nation at large.

An effective communicator of God’s Word, Bishop H.F. Edward is widely known for his practical and dynamic praying grace which helps people apply the timeless truths of Scripture to their prayer lives. He has ministered in international conferences and preached the gospel of Jesus all over the world. In addition, he is incredibly honored to be the Lead Pastor of Perfecting Church International here in South Africa and he is extremely thankful to be living out his dream of getting to "do something great for God".

Bishop Edwards received recognition from the former President of South Africa, His Excellency President Thabo Mbeki for his commitment to the peace, forgiveness, reconciliation, social up liftment and empowerment initiatives. His forthright and bold ministry accompanied with radical messages have broken the cycle of sin, sickness, poverty, insufficiency, low self-esteem, with a tangible manifestation of God’s power. He also facilitated a process that gave birth to numerous business initiatives..
