HF Edwards: “Habit Is A Bondage To Life”

Friends and families of Perfecting Church International Longdale South Africa came together to break bread and the Communion this Sunday the 4th of June being the first Sunday of the month. This they do as a covenant in the church every first Sunday of every new month in remembrance of our Lord Jesus Christ as instructed.

“And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, Take this, and divide it among yourselves: For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God shall come. And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me. Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you”.

The service which had the people experienced the presence of the holy spirit during the worship session, took Bishop HF Edwards 45 mins to share what he titled “The Power Of Visual Perception”. The message which was a continuation of the Bishop’s message series on “The Importance Of Vision” in the past 3-4 weeks was no less effective from the past.

According to the Bishop’s in his message, reading from the book of Habakuk 2:1-3, he said “The one thing worse than being blind is a man having his sight without a vision”. The Bishop who gave several notable quotes during his ministration had the full attention of the congregation because the message was universal to all.

He concluded when he said the people must think big things while they are still doing the small things, so their mind will develop to conform with these big things as they progress in the journey of life.

Prayer was offered and the communion was taken. It was a great service.
